2. Your household’s combined Gross Income is equal to or less than the applicable household income threshold: $144,281 - $153,629
3. The home will be used as your principal place of residence
4. You do not own residential real estate.
Market Rent is: $1110 per week. Reduced Rent is: $832 per week.
