Cowan Cowan beach is a 2 minute walk from the property and there is a great BBQ pergola area to relax in after a big day out fishing, or just sit back and savour the moment with your family and friends. The only thing you'll hear from this unit is the sound of birds and rustling leaves, and with such a short walk to the beach, you'll be putting a line out, or kayaking for squid in no time at all.

Linen is not included in the rental. Guests are welcome to bring their own bed sheets and towels, or hire linen for a fee of $30.00 per person, which includes sheets, pillowcases and bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels.
